Mr.Crook also offers customized programs in behavior modification and mobility and stability service dog training. Jaymi’s
background includes 18 months study of competition-style obedience handling and 6 months study of retrieval and stability service dog techniques. Jaymi also has an extensive background in agitation and decoy work including agitation training at Adlerhorst International Police K9 Academy in Riverside California. Mr.Crook was Director of K9 training for High Powered K9 personal protection dogs for 4 years and recently taught classes in decoy fundamentals for Citizen K9. In 2014, Jaymi and his K9 partner Thor certified through the CNCA as an explosives detection team in Los Angeles. Mr.Crook is also an AKC CGC evaluator as well as a member of the IACP (International Association of Canine Professionals). In 2017, Mr.Crook was interviewed by the Las Vegas Review Journal as a subject matter expert for a report on local dog bite incidents. Jaymi has trained dozens of breeds and mixed breeds in Las Vegas as well as working with dogs in Los Angeles and New York. To date he has worked with more than 1000 dogs.
He has participated in demonstrations for local rescues and for local Cub Scouts Pack 
#754. Jaymi continues to supplement his training responsibilities with attendance at dog training seminars and K9 education events. In 2016 he was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with renowned K9 trainer Mike D’abruzzo owner of K9-1 in New York, with whom he maintains a professional working relationship.
He is honored to have been privately contracted to train personal K9s for Law Enforcement and Military personnel and maintains training relationships with several working K9 teams. Currently Mr. Crook is attached to the Caesars entertainment services K9 unit as a K9 trainer.
Mr. Crook is also the author of “Dogs Along The Way” available at amazon.com. Jaymi’s respect for his K9 students motivates him to bring his complete attention to every training session. “Quite simply, dogs inspire me…”.
Jaymi’s primary goal is to help build a more satisfying relationship between his clients and their canines through balanced training using scientifically-proven techniques and theories.
