Obedience

Obedience training is the foundation on which communication with your dog is built. Dogs are first and foremost pack animals which means they are born into a “hierarchy-based” culture. For a dog there is always a pecking order. Sometimes a lack of leadership can throw this pecking order out of whack. Is this true at your house? Obedience training reinforces the relationship between the handler and the canine allowing for a more pleasurable and satisfying experience that will last a lifetime. What we want is for each dog to succeed because when you are happy, your dog is happy and contrary to what many people think, obedience training can be lots of fun!
